Returns Policy
We have absolute confidence in the quality of our products, but if you would like to make a return, you can count on our help and full support.
How to do it?
- within 30 days of receiving your order, send us a message at sklep@lacava.pro with the following information: order number, items being returned, pickup address and preferred pickup date, reason for return (optional)
- we will send you a DHL courier waybill, who will collect the returned, packaged items, and then you will receive a refund of the costs incurred within 14 days of us receiving the package
- you can, of course, bring the returned items to our coffee roastery
- returns are free, unless you do not want to use our DHL courier, in which case you must send the package yourself
- you can return all products, provided they are unused and the packaging is unopened

Delivery Information
All orders are shipped via DHL courier or InPost parcel lockers. Orders placed by 12:00 noon are dispatched on the same business day, and you will receive your shipment on the next business day.

How to brew?

1. WEIGH
We recommend 17-18 grams of beans. In the case of Ecstasy, we want to emphasize the fruity acidity and citrus notes.
2. GRIND
Adjust your grinder for this coffee to get a 45ml yield in 25-27 seconds for a double shot.
3. PREPARE
Remember to distribute the ground coffee well in the portafilter and tamp with moderate pressure.
4.WATCH
The coffee flow should be thick and continuous to achieve the desired yield over time. Enjoy!

Seasonality in coffee
The seasonality of the beans in our blends means roasting green coffee from the freshest harvest possible. While each of our blends maintains a consistent character, roast level, and flavor direction, as the seasons change, we change the blend's composition and origin, as well as the precise flavor notes. Full details about the origins of this blend edition can be found on the label.

Add the products you'd like to subscribe to to your cart. You can choose each coffee independently, but remember to keep the same delivery frequency.

Select delivery frequency, size and quantity
For each subscribed product, select the package size, form, delivery frequency, and number of packages. You can change all of these parameters in your shopping cart.

Complete your purchase
Go through the checkout process as you would with a regular purchase. For convenience, add your card or authorize your subscription with a BLIK code.
